Tuttle Building

Tuttle BuildingThis historic, 4-story structure in downtown Rutland had fallen into disrepair until a restoration project brought this magnificent building back to life. Complete with original woodwork and a tin ceiling on the main level, the Tuttle building is a sight worth seeing.

At the architect’s request, we used “green” products on this project for the health of the building and the environment. We reconditioned all the original woodwork to bring back its natural beauty and restored the main floor’s tin ceiling. After stripping the paint from the staircase and blending in stain, the Tuttle’s stairway returned to its original condition, preserving its rich, historic heritage.
